DELIVERY POLICY

Landmark Shop Purchases (from the Landmark Shop section ONLY)

1.1  We will use Standard 1st Class Postage via Royal Mail for UK DELIVERIES ONLY. Delivery costs are available to estimate on the product in your basket, and at checkout. 

1.2  We aim to prepare and despatch items purchased from the Landmark Shop within 2-5 working days [Monday to Friday].  Orders despatched via a Royal Mail Service are NOT tracked.  

1.3  If you do not receive your Landmark Shop order within 5 working days from the date of order, we request that you contact us as soon as possible and within 10 days of placing your order.  If you contact us outside of this time frame, we are unable provide any reimbursement for items purchased from the Landmark Shop. However, due to COVID-19 products and parcels may be delayed, please bear with us during this time.

1.4  Where possible we will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

1.5  We are not able to send orders to PO Box addresses.


All other purchases (from all other sections)

1.6  The Landmark Arts Centre is not responsible for despatched items or parcels directly sent by individual Artists and Makers and cannot guarantee delivery times. 

1.7  Please note that the delivery charge for each product outside of the Landmark Shop section is set by individual Artists directly. These delivery costs are completely separate and independent of the Landmark Shop delivery charges. If you make multiple purchases from across the website and then you proceed to the checkout area all delivery costs will be presented as a cumulative charge at checkout.  

1.8  The Landmark Arts Centre is not responsible for shipping costs set by individual artists, which are calculated based on the weight and size of your item. 

1.9 Please contact artists/makers directly for their own refund policies.
